Past Master Andrew Adams and his wife Helen took part in the Inter-Livery bridge competition which was held on the 1st of March and had a great result finishing in fourth place overall, which was a fantastic result.
The Competition is held every year and is organized and subsidized by the Worshipful Company of Makers of Playing Cards, and is for the benefit of The Lord Mayor’s appeal Charities.
This year it was held at Drapers’ Hall, play took place in two well- illuminated Reception Rooms and dinner was served in between playing sessions in the splendid Livery Hall, which many will remember, from the Immediate Past Master’s Installation in 2008.
