The WCoBM plays an important and active role in supporting the builders’ merchant sector, in particular promoting training and education and raising the profile of our industry through its ‘Build A Career Campaign’. Working with other organisations, like the Rainy Day Trust, WCoBM is able to reach individuals that may require additional funding and support to progress their careers in our industry or to encourage them to join this exciting sector. The Company is also active in fundraising for a number of charities, supporting the Mayoralty and raising the profile of builders’ merchants in the City.
