Seven new Freemen have joined the Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants, at a Court meeting before our Annual Court Consorts’ Lunch at the magnificent Pewterers Hall.
The luncheon celebrated all the hard work of our Consorts, and we were blessed to also have in attendance a number of Consorts from other Livery Companies. Our guest speaker was Fiona Adler, Past Sheriff and Honorary Secondary of the City of London, who regaled guests with stories of her time at the Old Bailey.
