Grants and Funding

The Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants offers grants and funding to help provide access to training and education for individuals and companies within the builders’ merchants industry.

The grants are available to individuals looking to enter the merchant industry, as well as to those already working within it, but who wish to further develop their skills and understanding to fulfil their career ambitions.

There are also grants available to companies within the industry who wish to provide an environment in which their employees can learn and develop, but who would benefit from additional funding to make this happen. Companies who apply for the grant would need to demonstrate how the funding will be beneficial to the ongoing development of their teams.

As a charitable organisation, grants from the WCoBM are subject to strict oversight by the Charities’ Commission.
