SSAFA, the Armed Forces Charity, has published the first issue of its newsletter, SSAFA and the City. Its aim is to raise awareness among Livery Companies of the work of the charity and its mission to be the trusted source of support for serving personnel, veterans and their families in their time of need.
Each newsletter will highlight some of the specialist services that SSAFA provides. The first issue focuses on SSAFA’s Mentoring Service and its work with veterans in the criminal justice system.
